It’s been almost five years since I first entered underground tunnel “Ravne”. At that time, it was called “a cave”. There was a small ½ meter entrance and one shallow tunnel which ended after 130 meters.
That was a time when I announced to the World discovery of the first European pyramids in Visoko: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun and Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon. This was a one-man project in 2005 with me paying for all costs and analysis. Read More...
Encouraged by a widely successful Mrav 2010 Camp Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation, during it’s meeting on October 28, 2010, decided to organize the second annual camp called:
"INTERNATIONAL SUMMER CAMP FOR VOLUNTEERS BOSNIAN PYRAMIDS 2011"
Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon is the second biggest pyramidal structure in the world with it’s height of 190 meters. This pyramid has been one of the focus of investigation this season in Visoko. Great number of volunteers, archaeologists and geologists have had a chance to open new archaeological trenches or enlarge existing ones.
American anthropologist and archaeologist professor Ezra Zubrow visited the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids on June 12th, 2010. He toured the pre-historical underground labyrinth in Visoko, archaeological probes on Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun and Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon. His host was dr.sci. Sam Semir Osmanagich, principal investigator and discoverer of the Bosnian pyramids.
After meeting with the scientific team consisted of archaeologists and geologists from Hungary, Croatia, Malaysia, United Kingdom and Bosnia-Herzegovina professor Zubrow was interwieved by local TV station from Visoko.
The only way that one would actually be able to tell exactly when these pyramids were built, by whom these pyramids were built, and whether or not are there relationship between the tunnels and pyramids is by doing scientific research.
Professor Zubrow also met with the number of volunteers who came to the International Summer Camp to help the archeological dig this year.
