New Artifact found between The Pyramid of the Sun and Pyramid of Love

During the survey of the location "Ilijin Potok", between the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun and Bosnian Pyramid of Love an interesteing atrifact was discoverd with outlines of a girl's face.



Following the protocol this artifact was registered in Foundation's archaeological log book and stored for further analysis.

Pyramid Cave May Solve Ancient Mystery

Researchers in Mexico are probing a cave buried beneath the Pyramid of the Sun, shown here. The archeologists hope the cave, which had been sealed since the 1970s, will help explain why inhabitants of Teotihuacan abandoned "The Place Where Men Become Gods" in around 700 AD.

Documentary about Bosnian Pyramids wins 1st place at Bellaria Film Festival in Italy

Among several documentary films made on the subject Bosnian Pyramid Valley, this latest one won the main prize on the Film Festival.

Italian made film "Uncle Sam and the Bosnian Dream" won the "Golden Seal" on the 26th Bellaria Film Festival that took place from 8-9th June in Italy.

Surprising results of Geological probe drillings at Vratnica

This year’s planned geological probe drillings at Gornja Vratnica location have finished according to plan. Altogether, six probes were done at Dolovi and Toprakalia Hills.

Preliminary results indicate the existence of paved terraces on several levels at Dolovi.

Bosnian Pyramids part of ”All The World’s Wonders”.

“Ekwanium Productions” from France, with it’s producer Laurent Lacetre and his seven member team, spent several days in Visoko. They are filming a long documentary called ”All The World’s Wonders”. So far they filmed mystical stone heads on the Easter Island, pyramids in Bolivia, Peru and Mexico; Stone spheres in Costa Rica; temples and pyramids in Egypt and they are also planning a trip to China and Japan.

Prof.Dr. Muhamed Pasic: "The Structures Are Man-Made Pyramids"

After almost three years of analyzing samples of stones, both - from the Pyramid of the Sun and Pyramid of the Moon - Prof. Dr. Muhamed Pasic from Zenica University, concluded that the stone blocks and plates on both locations have been shaped and piled up on site by human hand.

Professor Pasic's experience spans over several decades of analyzing samples from non-metal materials working in Faculty of Metallurgy at Zenica University and institut "Kemal Kapetanovic" in Zenica.

In a novel archeological application, multi- and hyperspectral data will help build the most accurate and most detailed landscape map that exists of the southern state of Oaxaca, where the Zapotec people formed the first state-level and urban society in Mexico.

As a child, Klaus Schmidt used to grub around in caves in his native Germany in the hope of finding prehistoric paintings. Thirty years later, representing the German Archaeological Institute, he found something infinitely more important -- a temple complex almost twice as old as anything comparable on the planet.

"This place is a supernova", says Schmidt, standing under a lone tree on a windswept hilltop 35 miles north of Turkey’s border with Syria. "Within a minute of first seeing it I knew I had two choices: go away and tell nobody, or spend the rest of my life working here."

First on the agenda in Osmanagic’s official visit to Saudi Arabia was a meeting with the leading individual in the Department of Antiquities and Museum Commission, Prof. Dr. Ali Al-Gabban and his collaborators archaeologists Dr. Hussein Abdul Hasan and Dr. Abdulaziz Fahad Af-Nafees.
